Refunds and exchanges


For purposes of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to H.ART, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us. 
By engaging H.ART to provide products to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.




All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in this section and the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events in our Terms and Use. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by Event Organizers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets therefore cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

If your event is eligible for refunds and funds have been received from the Event Organizer, we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and any service fees.
If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card (this includes refund requests made through the self-service option). If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.
We may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
For many events, certain tickets may be exchanged for tickets from us of equal or lower price. A per ticket exchange fee may apply. 





Using international credit/debit cards may cause extra delays or issues with the refund. We highly do not recommend using international credit/debit cards. We are not responsible with these issues with international credit/debit cards.  We highly recommend using domestic credit or debit cards.



H.ART reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or making fraudulent orders on our site.



Please note that this is our disclaimer of legal liability for the quality or reliability of the products.

H.ART makes no representation or warranty about the products, including any representation that the products will be uninterrupted or error-free and provide the products (including content and information) on “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied warranty of title, accuracy of data, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.



In the event any provision or part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Refund Policy, will be inoperative.
